I have the same thing you have, both in Win7 and Win10. ![]() So I'm surprised that the old GUI has apparently been changed. Lenovo uses the same Realtek ALC3268 HD Audio Codec in all of these P-series machines, both in my P70 and in your P51. But I have now looked at both my Win7 and Win10 versions for my P70, which have both been updated to the latest version 6. The "original" Realtek HD Audio Manager GUI did have those extra tabs. Hadn't noticed this before now, but you're right.
